Dr. med. univ. Sigrun Egner-Höbarth is a specialist in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery with a broad, integrative treatment approach. Her work combines classical orthopedic medicine, osteopathy, functional diagnostics, and modern neuromodulation.

Education
Dr. Egner-Höbarth was born on August 7, 1966 in Graz, is married, and is the mother of two children (born 1995 and 2008).
- 1993 Doctorate as Dr. med. univ., Karl-Franzens University of Graz
- 1999 Diploma as General Practitioner (ius practicandi (ius practicandi)
- 2005 Specialist diploma in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery
An important part of her training was additionally osteopathy:
- 2000 Completion of studies in osteopathy, Vienna School of Osteopathy
- EROP – Diploma Osteopathic Medicine
Clinical Practice
Dr. Egner-Höbarth worked, among other places, at the University Clinic for Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery in Graz, most recently as a senior physician (Oberärztin).
From 2010 to 2019, she also worked in Vienna as a permanent substitute physician at the practice of Dr. Astrid Schumich.
Since 2016, she has run a private practice for Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery in Gars am Kamp.
